Upside Down Media is a marketing consultancy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We run social media, paid advertising, content, and web projects for brands. This policy explains what information we collect through upsidedownfl.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, subscribe to our updates, create an account, or purchase a package, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include in your message. If you pay through this site, your payment is handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of your order and your billing details, but we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools to collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. We may also use advertising tags on our own site to measure the campaigns we run for ourselves.

Client account data. If you hire us, you may give us access to your social media profiles, ad accounts, analytics, and brand assets. We use that access only to do the work you hired us for, under the terms of your service agreement, and we return or remove it when the engagement ends.

We use your information to respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations, deliver and support the services you purchase, process payments and send invoices, send updates and offers you have subscribed to, understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and protect the site, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run this business, and only as needed to do their job: Wix, which hosts this website, its forms, bookings, member accounts, store, and subscription plans; payment processors, which handle transactions securely on our behalf; analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google, which process the technical data described above; and the email and scheduling tools we use to communicate with you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Turning off cookies may limit some site features, such as staying logged in to your account.

Marketing emails: every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to be removed at any time.

Your account: log in to view or update your account details, orders, bookings, and subscriptions.

Access, correction, or deletion: email inquiry@upsidedownfl.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep certain records where the law requires it.

We keep personal information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as long as needed afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including the security measures provided by our hosting platform, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to social media platforms and other websites, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so review their policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page, and significant changes will be noted on the site.
