Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 24, 2026.

Upside Down Media is working to make upsidedownfl.com accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our Commitment

An accessible site lets visitors with disabilities browse with the same ease as everyone else. We are working to make this site conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of maintaining the site rather than a one-time project.

What We Have Done

This site is built on Wix, which provides accessibility support for its core features. Pages are designed to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers. As part of our effort, we have:

Set the site's language
Kept a clear heading structure on every page
Written descriptive link text
Used color combinations that meet contrast requirements
Added alternative text to images
Limited motion where it is not essential

Third-Party Content

Some parts of this site rely on content and tools we do not control, including embedded social media feeds and posts, and the booking, account, and checkout flows provided by Wix apps. We cannot guarantee that these third-party components meet the same standard, so we declare partial compliance for the pages that include them. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.

Visiting Our Office

Our office is at 150 Southeast 3rd Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. If you plan to visit and have accessibility needs, call or email us ahead of time so we can make arrangements. Consultations are also available by phone or video.

Feedback and Contact

If you find an accessibility problem on this site, or need information in another format, please let us know. We will respond within a reasonable time and work to fix the issue.
